Riverwalk Mini Golf Family Event

PTPDE Members enjoyed mini golf with family on a beautiful day at the Riverwalk Mini Golf center in Wilmington, Delaware. This was a new idea to bring members together. It was a lovely event and we hope to see more members come out for future socials as we come together as friends promoting Peace Through Understanding.

Matinee Movie Day: Sight

PTPDE Members enjoyed the showing of Sight, an inspirational true life story of Dr. Ming Wang, who grew up during the Chinese Cultural Revolution. Ming was driven by his desire to become a doctor, like his father and his grandfather, and motivated by the violent traumas of a childhood during an era of upheaval and revolt. The story is a heartwarming-tearjerker that takes you through the life of a young Chinese boy who immigrated to the U.S. to further his education and become a renowned eye surgeon.
